[Omaha.pm] 'perlbrew lib' handles local::lib for you

Diddled around with this quite a bit yesterday:

Very slick. Clean install and switching between an arbitrary number of perls (different versions) with an arbitrary number of libraries (different versions / sets of CPAN libraries). Effortless switching between them.  :)
