[Omaha.pm] 'perl -d' |x hangs when quitting until 'export PERL_RL=1'

I don't know why, but I just ran into another box where |x hangs when
you try to leave it when pager is |less.

The less screen pops up, you hit 'q' to exit it, and then you're hung.
Nothing but Control-\ does anything.

export PERL_RL=1

and then everything works fine. I have no idea why.
