[Omaha.pm] Free books from Apress including one on CPAN

Hey Everybody,

I haven't seen this posted yet.  Apress is making some of their older
books available as free PDFs.  

One of the titles is "Writing Perl Modules for CPAN".  Which is a
really nice little title on getting your code up to spec and getting
something into the CPAN library.
