Jay,

The TXKScript.pl only has 75 lines in it. Using the -d switch helped. I
was able to pinpoint where the failure occurs and provide the
information to Oracle. It was not the script that was failing but the
content of a .pm file. 

On of these days I am going to tackle learning perl.
