OC-PM: Next week's topic

Greetings,

Just a heads up reminder that next week's meeting is coming up, 
scheduled for September 2nd.

I just finished up a Perl daemon that monitors network services,
and thought it would be interesting to bring it to the group for discussion.
We'll be going over the general concepts of daemonizing a Perl program, why
I wrote the daemon in the first place, and how I did it with the actual 
program
itself as an example.  Awash with data structure and socket goodness.

Pizza, coffee and sodas of course.
