incorrectly, for some reason. I downloaded GIMP, opened the file, re-saved it

browsers? They require a 16x16 @ 16 colors icon file (.ico), and that’s
what I’ve setup, but it doesn’t seem to work properly. I’ve
had one working for quite a while, tweaked it, and now it doesn’t work
