[oak perl] July Meeting - Call for more talks

Sounds good.  I could easily to a lightening, short or long talk on the 
particular subject depending on how much time I have to put it together.  I 
will target the 5-15 min range for now.  Given I have a strong interest, but 
not a strong background in the subject, that would be about perfect.
