[oak perl] DSL or Cable, etc.?

Mine costs about $170/mo, but I have a fairly high speed connection compared 
to the 'norm'. I'd tell you the speed, but I don't recall exactly.

I believe the 'basic' starts out at around $60, but don't quote me on that.
