Perl advisor needed

I am a graphic/information/web designer and project manager, and I need
a PERL-proficient willing soul to give advice and write a little code
for a project I'm working on. It's a non-profit, so we're not talking
top-dollar, but it should be interesting, and the project is very
well-defined, so it should involve a minimum of headaches.
