Description:
We are looking for a smart, funny, innovative person.  Do you like to
spend time thinking about problems so that you code it right the first
time?  Can you plan your schedule around natural disasters (even
unnatural ones)? Can you work well with people who have more and less
experience than you?

Qualifications/Skills:
* perl/mod_perl: enthusiastic is too mild a word for the programmer we
need; familiarity with CGI.pm is desirable; if you've ever built a perl
module, call us!
* project management:  are you organized and able to plan your work and
the work of your team?
* HTML: we build and maintain web sites; you need it!
* javascript:  we use it on some of our sites;
* excellent communication skills: we work as a team, (really, this isn't
just PR) and it's very important to be able to clearly communicate your
ideas and listen to customers.
