I am a small business owner here in NYC working on a few web based
projects.  I am looking for a few free-lance programmers to work on these
projects with me.

I will pay cash and may offer equity in one the new venture.  Most of what
I am working on right now ranges from basic to challanging.  I would prefer
an individual that can work with both Perl and Java.

Web projects include:

* A b2b picture sharing business (there are many aspects)
* Real-time graphic manipulation tool using uploaded files
* Shopping cart system featuring unique attributes and variables for each
item in the database
