Salary:    Commensurate with experience plus 4% bonus and stock
option plan

Duties: Programmer/Analyst will support the Public Affairs and
Communications Department in the development of new content for
the company web site (www.bms.com), company intranet pages and
product web sites.   He/She will assist in the design of
technical specifications and code web applications using
Perl/CGI/HTML/Java, interacting with an Oracle database.
Furthermore, individual will prepare multimedia content for web
availability, and explore opportunities to use emerging
technologies, such as XML, XLS, FLASH, RealPlayer and WML to
support public relations objectives.

Skills/Qualification: Entry level position, requiring a
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent and minimum
of one year’s programming experience. The ideal candidate must
have a strong knowledge of Perl, CGI, Java, HTML, SQL and working
knowledge of a version control tool, such as PVCS and Rational.
He/she should have a good understanding of web development
process and methodology and have a strong interest in pursuing a
career in IT.  The qualified candidate should be a strong team
player, a self-starter and comfortable in a high-intensity,
deadline oriented environment.
