  Jesse Erlbaum, CTO of Vanguard Media, will be
  discussing webx application development
  strategies using Perl. He will discuss the use of the
  HTML::Template Perl module. Included will be
  discussions and examples of how it works, how it
  may be used on your Perl projects, and how it
  addresses the strategic goals of staffing and
  creating maintainable systems your clients will
  appreciate.
