Job Title: Lead Programmer, R&D Team - NYC
Reports to: Vice President, Research & Development
Start Date: November 1, 1999

JOB DESCRIPTION: Pegasus Internet, Inc. is seeking a lead programmer/problem
solver for its Research and Development team. The R&D team develops flexible,
browser-based tools and software, improves existing software, and proposes
marketable standalone products. This currently includes sophisticated
rules-based profiling engine, dynamic content server and ad serving
technology.

QUALIFICATIONS: Candidate should be independently motivated, willing to see
projects through from concept to completion and be responsive to feedback from
a variety of sources. The drive to innovate while designing for end users,
through solid interface design and architecture, is absolutely necessary. The
desire to improve and refine one¹s work, and to produce bug-free code is
paramount. Strong communication and writing skills are required.

Successful candidates must have extensive web-based experience writing
ColdFusion, ASP, VB, HTML, JavaScript, COM Objects and SQL. Java,
Perl and C++ skills will be useful. Familiarity with ad serving technology and
code is highly desired.

SALARY: This position pays $80 - $90,000/year based on experience and includes
2 weeks of paid vacation, 5 personal/sick days, full medical and dental
benefits plus a 401(k) plan. You will work in our Manhattan office. Office
hours are 9:30-6:30 M-F.

EVERYTHING ELSE: Pegasus is a small but established full-service Internet
development company in New York City that maintains a casual but fast-paced
work environment. You will have the opportunity to work with a large range of
hardware, software and people who are competent and dedicated. Programming
will be your main job, but you will be exposed to a variety of valuable skills
that we hope will help make you a more well-rounded technologist.

This job posting is official as of October 22, 1999 and closes as soon as we
find a qualified candidate. Because of the response volume Pegasus receives,
we will not be able to answer all of the submissions we receive. Applications
received after the position is filled will be kept on file for future
openings.

To be considered for this position, you must be available for interviews in
NYC and be able to start within 2-3 weeks of an offer for employment.
