  I think the most important factor in choosing the location is:

Do they allow pizza delivery & consumption in there?

I like Susan's idea of varying the locations... but that introduces
logistics problems and (once we get up to speed) just remembering where to
show up from month to month.

I was going to suggest the Tyson's public library, they're open until 9pm
every day so we don't have to worry about "facilities managers".

As for day-of-week... DC.pm is first Tuesday, right?  How about third
Thursday for us, to kind of spread them out in case anyone attends both?
