Perl University

Hi all, what is the status of the Perl University?
 
If a location for the Perl University has not yet been chosen then I have
the following questions:
 
Are the offices at Sprint capable of sustaining the University (size of
facilities, etc.?)
What is the schedule of the University?
How many people usually attend?
How do you find instructors?
Is there a fee involved?
Is parking going to be an issue?  With the good weather, parking in
Centennial Park is more attractive.
