for $49.95. Within 48 hrs you will be sent, via email, fax or direct mail,
your enrollment information. After enrollment you will receive your MasterCard®
within 7 - 14 days.<br>

When you receive your debit MasterCard®, simply
go to any one of 18,000 participating Moneygram® locations and load your
MasterCard® with cash, in any amount you like. Then use your card anywhere
MasterCard® is accepted. When you have spent the money you “loaded”
into your card, simply “re-load” the card with cash and you’re ready to go

<b>How do I find the balance on the Prepaid Debit MasterCard®?</b>

There is a toll-free IVR telephone solution where you can call our
toll-free customer service number listed on the back of the card and chose
automated voice response selection to get your balance and last five transactions.
You can go to any ATM machine that displays the MasterCard® or Pulse
logo to check your balance. You can also visit our website to check your
card balance and transaction history or contact customer service. The customer
service telephone number can be found on the back of your Prepaid Debit MasterCard®.<br>

<b>What are the limits on the Prepaid Debit MasterCard®?</b><br>
<br>
There are no minimum balance requirements. There is no maximum balance limit on the card.<br>

<b>When does my Prepaid Debit MasterCard® expire?</b><br>
<br>
Your
Prepaid Debit MasterCard® expires 2 years from the date of initial enrollment.
The expiration date will be printed on your personalized Prepaid Debit MasterCard®
that you receive in the mail. Prior to its expiration you will be mailed
a new card. There will be a fee of $10.00 charged for the new card at that
time.<br>

<b>Can I get cash back at ATM’s?</b><br>
<br>
Yes, you can. The
Prepaid Debit MasterCard® can be used at ATM machines. There is a $2.00
cash advance fee that will be deducted from your Prepaid Debit MasterCard®
each time you take cash from an ATM. Some financial institutions or ATM’s
will charge an additional fee for using their ATM.<br>

<b>What if I forget my PIN (security code)?</b><br>

Call
our customer service at the number located on the back of the card to obtain
a new PIN. You will be asked to provide the most recent transaction and
the unique security information that you gave us upon enrollment. There
is a $1.25 fee deducted from your Prepaid Debit MasterCard® for processing
and reactivating a new PIN on your existing Prepaid Debit MasterCard®.<br>

<b>What do you mean when you say the Prepaid Debit MasterCard® is private?</b><br>
<br>
The
Prepaid Debit MasterCard® is private since there is no detailed personal
or financial information required to purchase and activate the Prepaid Debit
MasterCard®. The only information that you supply is your name, address
and your unique security information. The Prepaid Debit MasterCard®
is not otherwise linked to you or any credit card or bank account you may
own.<br>

If you use the Prepaid Debit MasterCard® to make purchases
on the Internet, you may be asked to provide some personal information.
Web retailers typically need to verify your identity to avoid fraud. With
your Prepaid Debit MasterCard®, they will only verify through that the

<b>What if I return merchandise I purchases at a store?</b><br>
<br>
Most
merchants typically credit returned merchandise back to the card that was
used to make the purchase. For this reason, it is very important that you
keep your Prepaid Debit MasterCard®. Funds credited by retail or web
merchants will be available approximately three days after that date the
return is processed.<br>

<b>Can I use the Prepaid Debit MasterCard® to buy airline tickets?</b><br>
<br>
Yes,
you can purchase airline tickets provided your Prepaid Debit MasterCard®
has sufficient funds at the time of purchase to pay for the tickets. Some
airlines require that you present the Prepaid Debit MasterCard® that
was used to make the purchase at the time you check in. Be sure to take
your Prepaid Debit MasterCard® with you when you travel.<br>

<b>Can I use the Prepaid Debit MasterCard® to reserve hotel rooms and car rentals?</b><br>

payment will be valid. When the site determines your Prepaid Debit MasterCard®
does not have enough funds on it, the order will probably be held to give

you that your order has been held so you may have to go into their order
