Hi,

I really like what Neil has started with the "2015 CPAN Pull Request
Challenge".
and he seems to have attracted quite a few people already.

Nevertheless I think sending out calls for participation to the many Perl
Monger groups
could increase the awareness by a lot.

Especially, but not limited to, the non-English groups.
