Nope. I can't see any reason for this from the member list either.
If someone replies to you *and* to the list, or if you have your
mail client Cc: (or Bcc:) everything you send to you, you'll get
such messages twice. Mail clients can't detect these duplicates,
because the list adds a footer before resending. You can check
whether this is the case for you by counting the footers (which
everybody seems to love to include when quoting) in the
almost-duplicates, or by looking at the "Sender:" header which
most mail clients will not show per default. Mails resent
by the list include a Sender header like this:
Sender: munich-pm-bounces+your.mail=address at pm.org
