[Mpls-pm] Moved wiki to a new system

I've been working on some wiki software called Silki for a while.

As part of that, I wrote a Kwiki -> Silki converter, so I used that to 
convert the existing mpm wiki to Silki, which is now at 
http://minneapolis.pm.org/wiki/mpm/dashboard

This should help reduce spam for a couple reason ...

1. It has built in spam checking using typepad's antispam api

2. You have to make an account to edit, which will hopefully add a small 
barrier to entry for spammers.


If you contributed to the old wiki and want to claim your changes, please 
let me know and I will associate the old kwiki username with your email 
address so you can log in.
