[Mpls-pm] Frozen Perl 2008 Call for Speakers

So the workshop I discussed earlier is a go. It will be on Saturday, 
February 16, 2008. We also have some other things planned, like a one-day 
Intro to Perl class on Friday, taught by brian d foy, and a hackthon on 
Sunday.
