[Mpls-pm] best cpan mirror for TC

Greeting mongers,

I was sorry not to make it out last night and slurp joe with y'all. Another time.

I've often wondered: what CPAN mirror(s) do you use for machines here in the 
upper midwest? I use the uchicago mirror but I'm not entirely happy with how 
often it seems to get synced.
