[Mpls-pm] Frameworks and session management?

Eric, I'm also at the U of M over in ADCS (Java & Web Services).   
I've been using CGI::Application for quite some time now.  If you  
want, I can send you a CGI::Application with the UMN single sign on  
stuff already implemented.
