Seeking highly skilled Perl developer with cgi and html strength.  Focus
is on rapid or prototype development to quickly get some web enabled
tools working.  Coding must be done in a manner that maintenance can
easily be handed off to existing staff.
Must be comfortable with SQL and unix.
