Even if you use Perl a lot, who has the opportunity or the time to use ALL of it?  Especially given the wide array of CPAN modules 
available.

Awareness of other modules and methods is always helpful.  I just wish I wasn't tied up on Wednesday evenings this fall.

Maybe someone can video or record the talks for those who can't make it?
