[Mpls-pm] Another lightning talk note

I think the point of lightening talks is that they don't take very much
time.  (Hence the lightening).  The goal is to quickly introduce a
topic.  And to make a speaker focus on the central idea.  If people are
interested in the details of a subject they can delve into it on their
own time.  

If there is enough interest for detail on a specific topic then we can
schedule someone to talk the whole meeting.
