Actually, cheeseless pizza can range from blah to good, depending on a lot 
of other things.  For example, at Punch it's damn good, cause their sauce 
& crust are fantastic.  At Spokes & Luce they have lots of non-dairy 
cheese-like things (made of various strange brews) which are good too.
