Short Description: 
Object-Oriented Programmer- with project management background 
Complete Description: 
Experienced with Object Oriented programming, UML, PERL, XML, SQL, ODBC
and knowledge of one or more specific databases(SQL,Server,Oracle,
Sysbase, etc.) Familiar with Rational ClearQuest schema and trigger
development. Familiar with Objected Oriented PERL. Performs all or part
of the full life-cycle development process, ranging from user analysis,
design, and development to implementation and support. Ability to
understand this development from an iterative project management
perspective. Ability to analyze other developers work in relation to MS
Project plan, and identify risks to project as well as suggest paths for
mitigating risk, from a development perspective.B ehavior
Characteristics: 
Good leadership abilities. Ability to understand development behavior
related to project plan and scheduling. Ability to solve problems
quickly, & define resolution. Ability to follow development proj. plan
and report status to overall project manager.
