Running it through that site from Latin to English, I get:

"If you wish To begin Counting from 'X' ; Good To be It behooves"

which is another interesting spin.


But, runninig it from Latin to German to Spanish to Norwegian to English 
gives us:

"whether din have a appetite for divided outside calculación as at 'X' ; 
a great time divided to be she queue for"

which just about sums it up.
