[mplspm]: Online remote backup for Linux?

Is there anyone on the list who can recommend an online backup service for
Linux?

I'd like something that meets the following criteria:

- Not insanely expensive (< $15/month for a reasonable amount of data)

- Encrypted during transfer and when stored

- Doesn't require weird propietary tools.  If it used duplicity, that'd be
cool.

- Relatively easy to restore, but that's not the most important concern,
since hopefully it's not something I'll need often.
