[mplspm]: list restrictions

Is this list restricted to only allow postings from subscribed addresses?

My problem:

My email is from wilcoxon at bridge.com.

For receiving mail, stephen.wilcoxon at reuters.com is more reliable.

Majordomo at pm.org doesn't seem to allow setting "nomail" so I can't leave 
wilcoxon at bridge.com subscribed and only get emails at 
stephen.wilcoxon at reuters.com (that I can see).
