I don't really care if it has beer or coffee.  My only concerns are that
it be non-smoking and that it not be so loud that talking is problematic.

And it should be in the Twin Cities or a _very_ nearby first tier suburb
(I'm not driving out to Lakeville under any circumstances).

Since I don't ever drink alcohol my only recommendations were for coffee
shops.
