I do like to be able to park, and Roseville does have a lot of that
(heh).

It may be just me, but better parking circumstances are higher on my
priority list. Driving to an unfamiliar place and then hunting for a
parking spot blocks away "kind'a sucks". On the other hand, if the place
is just too perfect for words, it might then be worth the trouble.

And though places with beer are preferable (don't get many chances to
have a beer these days), coffee is something I can't say no to.
