Hmm, good question.  I dunno.  Today is the same day as SIGBAP, which is
why we eventually rejected 3rd wednesday of the month, I think.  I
_think_ we agreed to move it to 2nd wednesday of the month in the future,
which was last week ;)

What we really need is to have all the dates posted on the website for the
next year or so.
