30% of the "active" perl monger groups do not have working<br>
web sites and the link from the <a href="http://pm.org" target="_blank">pm.org</a> page leads to a dead end.<br>

This is not good.<br>
<br>
In order to clean this up I'll contact each pm group leader of those<br>
groups without a working web site to see if the group is really<br>
inactive or not and mark the inactive groups as such in the xml file.<br>
<br>
If your group does not have a working web site it would be a<br>
good time set one up.<br>
