Subject: Back on the job market

I have parted company with IMS as of last Thursday and am looking for 
work again.
They didn't like me questioning how decisions are made after telling us 
that they have decided that
all future development will be in node js rather than Perl without 
having consulted anyone.
If I am honest, the writing was already on the wall and I would probably 
have left of my own accord anyway.
So, I am now on gardening leave - anyone got a trowel I can borrow ? :-)
I guess we will have to look for another venue for our next tech meeting 
too :-(

The next Perl Mongers social meeting is tomorrow

As ever, it will be held at the Wetherspoons pub, near the NetworkRail
building (not the one in the Xscape), opposite the Pinnacle:MK

We usually inhabit one of the two large tables in front of the curved
benches in front of the bar.
