Hmmm...wonder if iinet [my ISP] is throttling bittorrent. Both<br>
times - last night and now - I have tried to bittorrent download the<br>
OSDC full set of talks I get a good speed for awhile and then I am<br>
slowed won to dial up speed. [I use ADSL 2+].<br>
