<br>entry, retention and progression of women working in the Information<br>Communication Technology industry. The Network is a critical link between<br>government, business, the education sector and other industry associations
<br>to collaborate on, and influence the direction of ICT in Victoria.<br><br>It was established in response to a growing acknowledgement by government<br>and the industry of the declining number of women entering the industry as
<br>well as the impact of current low participation levels on the skills base of<br>ICT in Victoria. The Network represents a real desire by government,<br>industry and vendors to &#39;invest in action&#39; to address the skills gap and
