[Melbourne-pm] Receipt program

Hi

 

I have a customer that is in need of a multiuser receipt/payment application
that is not hosted in the cloud. 

Must be on premise as the Internet Connection is dodgy at best. 

Does anyone know of a Perl solution to this problem?

Perl CGI would be good.
