Afternoon Perl Mongers

On the 9th of April 2008 at 6:30pm until 6:45pm the Melbourne Perl  
Mongers will be having a Special General Meeting at 70 Dorcas Street  
Southbank VIC Australia 3006.

Agenda:
	* To end the official registered association, pass on assets to Open  
Source Developers Club Association and to continue the Melbourne Perl  
Monger meetings as normal.

There will be a normal Perl Mongers meeting to follow, with some form  
of celebration, details will come soon.

This email is to cover the requirements of a 21 day announcement  
before the SGM.
