Hi All,
    Another iteration in the fast paced world of code indentation and
formatting has come to pass - Tidyview 1.04 is available from
sourceforge.

Fixes include suuport for --no_XXX style options and a fix to the locked
scrollbar - there is still an issue with mouse wheel events (button-4
and button-5 generally) but the scrollbar itself is stable.
