Yeah that's a good book for what you need. It's available on
http://safari.oreilly.com/
for reading online.

Subject: [Melbourne-pm] A reference for win32 perl
G'day all,
I need a in depth reference that discusses perl on win32, including such
things as win32 logging, process creation/monitoring, file system
permissions, user/group management and anything else that is completely
horrific in win32. The source that looks best at the moment seems to be
http://www.roth.net/books/extensions2/. As i can't seem to find a copy
in the normal bookstores, i'm probably going to have to buy it on
amazon. has anyone read this book? have an opinion on it? know a better
alternative?
