ANNOUNCE - Perl 5.6 Release

Perl 5.6 is out!  I haven't had time to test this yet, so if you do and have any
comments please let the list know.

The source code is available from CPAN - our nearest mirror is

ActiveState have released binary dists for Win32 and Linux (see attachment).
