[Maine-pm] Maine-pm Digest, Vol 9, Issue 2

Mailing list for Maine users of Perl maine-pm at pm.org

Hello Bogart,

You must know Bill Ricker then from the Boston.pm group. I used to work at
fidelity where I used perl to update and move files around. Bill helped me
with a few scripts when I was there.

I've been playing with it at home and working on some CGI stuff with Apache,
and I'm interested in learning more about algorithms and Bioperl. I have a
few books that I've been working on to learn more about it.

I'm currently going to back to school for my masters in Bioengineering and
would really be interested in doing some work with Bioperl.

take care,
Ryan
