Al final lo he ido solucionando llamando en vez de cpan directamente, perl -I dir -I otrodir -MCPAN -e 'install xxx:yyy', el problema es que aún así muchos no funcionan, porque no consideran los directorios incluidos a la hora de testear.<br>
