Randal,

I have an idea of who this could be. I'll do a little calling tomorrow and
find out. I heard the Campus Explorer in LA has been on the hunt for perl
talent.

I'll let you know if I'm right about the other job tomorrow.

Aloha Mongers!

The February meeting tonight (2/24/2010) is canceled.  I didn't get it 
put together before my vacation, so let's punt until next month.  On the 
bright side this is probably the first you're hearing about the meeting 
since I didn't announce the date (except in the Jan recap[1]).

March Madness!  Let's pick a date around the end of March and try again. 
   The location may move for March for a change of scenery, thanks to 
the many hosting offers(2) that have come in.

Just as well, I was planning on going, then other things came up and I can't
go now.
Are you just now leaving for vacation, or just getting back?

If any of you get stabs of withdrawal due to your mongers addiction, don't
forget - Thousand Oaks has a perl mongers too every second wendesday of the
month.  That would be... March 10th @ 7pm (
