[LA.pm] Perl END question - STDIN end of file?

Ok, I got a reply it worked for someone else.
Thanks!

So, I tested in on other non Gentoo systems.
It worked on all three (FreeBSD, Linux's).

So, back to the Gentoo system, and in different directories it works.
Only in the one directory I have my filesystems does it not work.
What part did not work is:

  file *

which required the extra enter press.
So, I conclude something in the subtree is causing this.

Not a perl question afterall at all.

Ah, very strange here is a big clue, but I'm not sure why:

$ file *

/dev/stdin: very short file (no magic)
Old:                       directory
bin:                       directory
... snip...

--

Must be some blank file name or something.
