I learned today that brian d foy, (http://www252.pair.com/comdog/),
author of Learning Perl, Intermediate Perl, publisher of The Perl
Review, and founder of the Perl Mongers is in town.

So, we're having dinner!

I go there often, so I know the food and service are good.  (Normally
I'd pick some random place I haven't been before, but tonight I'm just
wiped.)  Dishes range from $6-$12.  You can easily get out for under
$15.

If people are going to come, let me know, and when I get there, I'll
get a table for the right number of people.  (I hope traffic isn't too
bad coming from the west side tomorrow.)

This is an informal, last minute thing, No agenda.  Just good food,
and good conversation.  (brian's been some very interesting places
over the past few years, and probably has some interesting stories, if
he cares to share them.)

From the West
    101 East
    to
    134 East
    exit Buena Vista St
    left at end of ramp (go past NBC)
    Right on Alameda
    Left on Buena Vista St.
    go several miles
    Turn left on Glenoaks Blvd.
    Restaurant is on the left after one block.

From the 405:
    405 to the 101, and follow directions "From the West"

By Air:
    Fly to BUR - Burbank Bob Hope Airport
    exit Hollwood Way, turn left.
    Turn right on Glenoaks Blvd.
    Restaurant is on the right, before you get to Buena Vista.
