[LA.pm] perl and Twisted?

Has anyone rolled Perl servers with Twisted (www.twistedmatrix.com)? I 
like the Twisted framework. POE is mentioned in one of the Twisted 
articles but POE is something different.
Is there an equivalent of Twisted?
