[LA.pm] O'Reilly Open Source Software Convention 2003 CFP

O'Reilly has announced the Call For Participation for this year's Open
Source Convention (aka The Perl Conference 7.0).  The conference will
be held July 7-11 in Portland, OR.  Note that the conference is a few
weeks earlier than last year's OSCon.  Proposals are due February 15.
